On the real estate side, November sales picked up with a total of 62, as Buyers secured their Whislter property (or parking spot!) before ski season.

We had 5 foreign Buyers: 3 from Hong Kong, 1 from Malaysia and 1 from the USA.
December sales and listings have slowed, which is typical as we approach the ski and holiday season – most Buyers have already secured their property and Sellers are planning to use or rent their properties, however we should have an increase in activity as our destination Buyers visit throughout the winter.
