Activity picked up substantially during August with a total of 60 sales, almost double the number of sales for July. Inventory has also increased, with twice as many listings in August as we saw in July, bringing us to a total of 361 listings in Whistler. We generally see this type of market as we move into the fall with Buyers making decisions on property purchases before ski season hits, and we’ve even seen some multiple offer situations.
