We’ve been enjoying crisp, sunny weather here in Whistler, but we’re all hoping for some precipitation now to get snow on the mountain! US Thanksgiving is late this year, so the scheduled opening of the mountain is November 28 – hopefully Ullr will do his magic by then.
In the meantime, Cornucopia will be the key event this month, which is a great way to fill the shoulder season. This popular food and wine festival runs from Nov 7 -17 with wine seminars, tastings, entertainment, celebrity guest chefs and the signature CRUSH opening night.

On the real estate side, October sales were pretty much flat compared to September, with generally the same breakdown by category.

We had 5 foreign Buyers: 2 from USA and one each from Hong Hong, England and Australia.
