Warnings are out to take care when signing and dating legal or other important documents. Be sure to include the full year i.e. “2020”, do not shorten it to “20” (eg. Jan 15/20) because it can be easily altered to a different date by adding 2 figures to the end eg. “20” could become “2019”, “2022” etc.
