For Whistler specifically, the past year has on average been a Balanced market at 13%, just on the edge of a Buyer’s market. This brings us in line with 5 years ago where we were at 16% but then moved into a strong Sellers market in 2017-2018 with a 38% average Listings/Sales ratio.
